Paper Moon Services supports small, medium and large nonprofits secure grant funding for projects that contribute to social justice, human dignity, and creative expression among marginalized populations. We work to develop sustainability, either through coaching, strategic planning, fundraising and grant writing, content creation or nonprofit administration.

Services

Grant Writing

We approach grant writing collaboratively and openly. Each grant that comes from your organization should speak with energy to your mission and in your own words. Grant writing consulting entails creating copy for everything from winning proposals, to thank you letters, reporting templates, program descriptions, budget narratives and everything in between so you have the tools you need to easily and effortlessly apply for grants. Additional services include grant research and planning.

Grant Readiness

Small organizations may choose to write grants in house, but have no idea where to start. Grant readiness prepares you for successfully writing grants, letters of inquiry, Requests for Proposals, in addition to preparing reporting standards, assembling necessary information, and fundraising communications.

Development Coaching

We support organizations in creating or growing their development through grant writing, donor management, and sponsorship opportunities. Through strategic planning, development assessments, or goal setting we’re flexible helping you gorw.

Adelaide Gadde, Founder, CEO

Adelaide holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and a Master of Art in Curatorial Studies from the University of Louisville. She is passionate about public services, social justice, and developing an equitable future.

Kiera Coughlan, Chief Strategy Officer

Kiera has a decade of experience working with non-profits in the west, focusing in social service, child welfare and arts. After writing and managing grant programs for teen wellness, community gardens, and parenting education, she shifted her focus to local arts non-profits, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.

 

KCJ Szwedzinski, Chief Branding Officer

KCJ is an interdisciplinary artist, educator and arts administrator. She received her undergrad degree from the University of North Florida and an MFA from the University of Louisville in KY. She is the cofounder and Executive Director of Project Chance, a non-profit that raises and trains service dogs for kids with autism and other invisible disabilities. With an extensive background in art, imaging, and branding, she most recently traveled to the Alaskan bush to be an artist in residence at the Chulitna Research Institute near Port Alsworth.
